4. Required information
Fields marked as required are necessary to provide the service. Without them we cannot publish a request, create an account or reply. Consent is requested only for separate optional purposes, such as marketing, if enabled.
5. Recipients
Data may be processed by authorised staff and technical providers (hosting, maintenance, email and security). Limited request information is shown to matching professionals; name, email and phone are disclosed only to professionals who unlock the contact. Data may also be disclosed to authorities where required by law. Providers acting on our behalf are appointed as processors under Article 28 GDPR where necessary.
6. International transfers
The declared hosting is: OVH (Unione europea). If a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer will rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another GDPR safeguard.
7. Matching and automated decisions
The system filters requests by service category and city. This does not result in solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects: customers and professionals freely decide whether to make contact and enter into an agreement.
8. Cookies and external services
The website uses technical cookies required for sessions, security and language preferences. Analytics, external fonts or services added through WordPress plugins must be described and, where required, enabled only after consent through a compliant banner. The delivered app contains no advertising or tracking SDK.
9. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Write to info@micro-dev.it. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
10. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you believe a child submitted data, contact us to request removal.
11. Changes
We may update this notice following legal or technical changes. The current version is always published on this page.
12. Chat, reviews, attachments and app providers
Customer-professional conversations are linked to the request and can be accessed only through the professional account or the customer’s personal link. Photos and attachments are retained with the request; do not upload health, identity or other sensitive documents. Reviews may be published only by customers linked to a request to which the professional actually replied and may be moderated in case of abuse. Stripe processes payment data for credit top-ups: Preventivissima keeps the identifier, amount, credits and status, but not full card details. If configured, Mapbox converts the city into coordinates for radius matching and Expo manages technical push-notification tokens. These providers may process technical data, IP address or device identifiers under their agreements and applicable transfer safeguards. Notifications can be disabled in the device settings.
